Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust needed a method to track the learning their employees were completing. They selected a number of Echelon activities to support their regular training programs that supported their staff in personal development and CPD. We then worked with them in developing a simple tracking system that allows reporting against a selection of demographics.
We have put together a demonstration of the site. This will walk you through the layout of the actual site from a users point of view.
