Purpose and benefitsBeing bullied at work is not the same situation as when you were at school. For one thing, you don’t have to continue going into work day after day; you can simply look for another job, as many victims of workplace bullying do. But even though there is no specific law that covers workplace bullying, there are policies and grievance procedures in place to enable you to assert your rights and resolve the problem. In this Actionlist you can find out more about how to identify whether you are really being bullied, as well as how to understand the formal procedures for tackling these issues. Useful sources of further information about bullying are also provided. |
