Purpose

This audit can be used on a training course or at work. Participants observe or review the behaviours used by groups and gain feedback from the group on successful and unsuccessful interventions. It provides a sound means of evaluation.

Benefits

We all get involved at some stage in group situations. Demonstrations of successful behaviours help individuals build up a range of sophisticated behaviours which can be chosen, for example, to support, defend or build on ideas offered.
