The purpose of this first level team building activity is to identify the leadership style of a team leader and explore its implications.

Benefits

There is no uniform way of leading a team [compare Reagan with Thatcher] but different styles have different positives and negatives. If team performance is to be maximised it's important that the leader and the team recognise the style of leadership being adopted.
