This activity enables the learner to build a strategic map based around the vision for their team. When people share a common purpose and a set of goals they are able to work without waiting for orders. The leader's task is to articulate this purpose and inspire the team to share it.

This activity will help:

  • visualise a common purpose

  • create a clear set of common goals and actions.
