Purpose and benefits

Sexual harassment is conduct that results in a ‘tangible employment action’ such as hiring, firing, promotion, or demotion, or is sufficiently frequent or severe to create a hostile work environment.
A revolution is underway in the United States and other countries where organisations are investing in their employees to provide harassment free workplaces. There are two types of sexual harassment recognised by the United States Judicial System: Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Work Environment.
