Purpose

These three evaluation tools provide post programme and follow up evaluation by the learner's line manager or by the trainer.

Benefits

A training course should not be seen in isolation; there are objectives as to why a learner has attended and these need to be measured on a quantitative basis over a structured period of time after the training to determine the performance outcomes of the individual. This will also determine the effectiveness of the training.
