Purpose

Being a member of a virtual team is becoming more commonplace as organisations extend their global reach and attempt to provide integrated services to their customers. At the same time, colleagues and team members often remain physically isolated from each other due to reluctance on the part of businesses to invest time and money in bringing them together.
