Purpose and benefitsEveryone has a creative spark, but our beliefs often inhibit its ignition. Part of what managers do is to see the spark in their people, encourage its ignition, and then champion its success. In many cases, however, it is a manager’s own dampened spirit that makes it impossible to recognise creativity in colleagues. Paradoxically, looking inwards is a good place to start for those seeking creativity in others. |
